I’m Lindsey Ford, and I’ve had the privilege of working in the financial industry for over 30 years. For the past 14 years, I’ve been working alongside my husband, Luke, and I currently serve as our office manager. In this role, I’m responsible for keeping the office organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
People often ask how I manage working with my husband, and I always say, “It’s easy when you love someone—you want to see them all the time.” I feel truly blessed not only to work with Luke, but also with our sons Dillan and Zac, and our daughter-in-law Sara. Being able to share both life and work with my family is something I treasure deeply.
Outside of work, I love to travel, and our family has a goal to visit all 50 states together. I’m also a big fan of discovering local coffee shops wherever we go. In my free time, I enjoy refurbishing old furniture—it brings me so much joy to take something worn and give it new life.
