Hi, my name is Christian Serrano, and I’m proud to serve as Luke Ford’s assistant — or as Luke likes to describe me, his right-hand man. I’m here to provide you with excellent customer service in every situation. I graduated from South Plains College and have been working with Luke since 2019. Having lived in the Lubbock area most of my life, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the people and community here. My experience working with individuals from all walks of life has taught me the importance of genuine care and attentive service.
